Abstract:
In this paper, we used atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the trace elements in seven kinds of Chinese traditional medicines including Dang-gui, Jixueteng, Dihuang, Honghua, Tusizi, Yinyanghuo, and Shechuangzi. The samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4 with a proportion of 4:1. The rates of standard recovery of Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Ni, Co were 99.5%, 100.8%, 97.8%, 97.1%, 102.1% and 96.4% respectively. The results show that the invigorate drugs contain higher amounts of Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn than other elements.
