Summary

Transient MRI changes after generalized seizures can mimic brain tumors in adolescents. Follow-up imaging confirmed these lesions were reversible, highlighting the importance of considering seizure-induced swelling in differential diagnoses.

  • These reversible findings are attributed to localized cerebral edema and impaired autoregulation during the seizure.
