[Determination of trace Pb in heme chloride by ICP-AES]
Abstract:
In this paper, a method for the determination of trace Pb in heme chloride is studied. The matrix matching and background climinating methods are used to minimize interference. The spectral interferences of matrix elements to analytical line of detected element are also discussed. The rate of recovery is between 95%-107% and RSD is less than 2%. The detertion limit is 17 ng.mL-1. According the comparison to the methods of some samples decomposition, choose one best method. The samples have been got pleased result.
