[Diagnostic capabilities of the x-ray endoscopic method of study in cholelithiasis]

The developed variants of the roentgenoendoscopic method for the examination of the pancreatobiliary system were employed in 256 patients with various diseases of the gallbladder and biliary duct. The results of application of these methods in 85 patients with cholelithiasis are presented. Different potentialities of the roentgenoendoscopic method and ultrasonic scanning for the assessment of the biliary system status in cholelithiasis were revealed. The findings recommend supplementing ultrasonic examinations with an optimal variant of the roentgenoendoscopic examination.
