Background:

Orbital cysticercosis is an uncommon parasitic infestation of the eye socket, often caused by the larval stage of the pork tapeworm, Taenia solium.
It can present with varied symptoms, including proptosis, ptosis, and neurological deficits, posing diagnostic challenges.

Observation:

This report details three cases of orbital cysticercosis.
Two patients presented with proptosis and ptosis, while the third experienced focal seizures, all maintaining 6/6 vision.
Computed Tomography (CT) scans confirmed the diagnosis of cysticercosis in all cases.

Findings:

Surgical excision of isolated orbital lesions was performed in two cases, followed by drug therapy for residual infestation.
The third case involved multiple brain cysticerci alongside the orbital lesion but was lost to follow-up.
