Background:

Breast conservation therapy is increasingly common for breast cancer patients.
Long-term follow-up care is essential for women treated with breast-conserving surgery.

Observation:

Cutaneous presentations of local metastatic or recurrent breast cancer can manifest in various forms.
These include inflammatory, nodular, telangiectatic, and scirrhous variants.

Findings:

Distinguishing metastatic breast lesions from radiation-induced skin changes is critical.
Secondary malignancies at radiation sites also require differentiation.

Implications:

Awareness of diverse metastatic skin presentations aids in timely diagnosis.
Accurate differentiation prevents misdiagnosis and ensures appropriate management of breast cancer recurrence and secondary malignancies.
