Abstract:
A review of renal tumors of childhood is presented with special emphasis on different patterns of nephroblastoma, the changes induced by preoperative chemotherapy and new related tumors. Their diagnosis and prognosis are discussed. A large place is given to the nephrogenic rests and nephroblastomatosis, in the light of the recent paper by Dr Beckwith.
