Abstract:
A case of atypical or cellular variant of mesoblastic nephroma is reported. This rare tumor, variant of the classical congenital mesoblastic nephroma, described in 1967 by Bolande, has no pejorative prognostic significance in the child under 3 months. It must be distinguished from the highly aggressive clear cell sarcoma of the kidney.
