[Application of temporary arterial occlusion during intracranial aneurysm surgery]

Abstract:
Temporary arterial occlusion during aneurysm surgery was performed in 52 patients. It account for 37.1% of all aneurysm operated in the same period. After operation 1 patient died (1.9%), 10 (19.2%) remained neurological deficits but 48 (98%) got excellent and good recovery. Selection of patients and supplement therapeutic measures were discussed in the article.
