[Unusual concrement in the submandibular gland (author's transl)]

After a short general view about the diagnosis and therapy of the sialolithiasis of the gland an extremely big sialolith, which weighs 42 g, which is 5.2 cm long and shows a thickness of 2 cm is reported.
