Summary

Serial pulmonary function tests (PFTs) can detect lung damage from chemotherapy. While diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide (Dsb) is sensitive to bleomycin, total lung capacity (TLC) better identifies patients with bleomycin-induced pulmonary toxicity (BIP).
