Abstract:
The antecubito-radial flap based on the inferior cubital artery via radial artery had been transposed to the forearm defect. Through the flow of this flap is normal at cubital and that of radial vessels retrograde, good results have been obtained. Advantage of this flap was discussed in relation to the radial forearm and the antecubital flap.
