Abstract:
Professor A. K. Henry coined the term 'extensile exposure'. Three incisions are described to expose the facial skeleton. The incisions are placed to best cosmetic advantage and provide extensile exposure to fit many of the routine procedures undertaken by the oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
