A new uterine mobilizer for laparoscopy: its use in 518 patients

A new instrument for manipulating the uterus during laparoscopy has added the dimension of uterine version to increase the mobility of the uterus. Allowing elevation, rotation, and version of the uterus, the instrument has increased the case and efficacy of visualization of pelvic viscera in an experience of 518 cases in seven hospitals where it underwent assessment.
