Abstract:
This study was done for comparing the diagnosing value between some parameters of the time and frequency domain analysis of ABR in 48 patients with retro-cochlear lesions which were identified by CT and/or surgical, pathological examination. In conclusions, it revealed that the abnormalities of wave I-VIPL and delta V value could be the most sensitive and reliable index; the changes of AR spectrum and III-V/I-IIIIPL ratio could be the assist one. Combined with the ILD and difference between bilateral I-VIPL, must be useful for determining the location of retro-cochlear lesions.
