Noncurative resection for advanced gastric cancer

Summary

Patients with noncurative gastric cancer resection were analyzed. Locally advanced disease had better outcomes than distant metastasis, suggesting aggressive surgery and chemotherapy are vital for advanced gastric cancer survival.
