Endobronchial Kaposi's sarcoma is common in patients with HIV and skin lesions, causing significant pulmonary issues. Early diagnosis via bronchoscopy is crucial for managing this complication of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS).

  • Respiratory illness in patients with cutaneous Kaposi's sarcoma should prompt consideration of pulmonary Kaposi's sarcoma.
