Abstract:
Heart failure is associated with poor prognosis, but recent large-scale investigations have generated valuable and practical information to help improve clinical management and patient survival. This review presents an overview of the findings of recent heart failure survival studies and how these may affect therapeutic strategy for patients with this condition.
