Purpose of the Study:

  • To prospectively evaluate the efficacy of conservative treatment for vulvar dystrophy.
  • To assess the impact of treatment on symptoms, morphology, and dysplasia.
  • To determine the long-term malignant potential of treated vulvar dystrophy.

Main Methods:

  • Prospective follow-up of vulvar dystrophy patients for 5 months to 4 years.
  • Initial histological diagnosis including squamous hyperplasia (with/without dysplasia) and lichen sclerosus.
