Abstract:
Alpha-D-Manp-(1-->3)-[alpha-D-Manp-(1-->2)-alpha-D-Manp-(1-->6)]-alpha-D-Manp-(1-->3)-[alpha-D-Manp-(1-->2)-alpha-D-Manp-(1-->6)]-D-Manp and alpha-D-Manp-(1-->2)-alpha-D-Manp-(1-->3)-[alpha-D-Manp-(1-->2)-alpha-D-Manp-(1-->6)]-alpha-D-Manp-(1-->3)-[alpha-D-Manp-(1-->2)-alpha-D-Manp-(1-->6)]-D-Manp, were synthesized as their methyl glycosides in a regio- and stereoselective way.
