Abstract:
In the Onco-Medical Ward at the University General Hospital in Valencia, a transversal observational study was carried out to determine the awareness professionals at this center have regarding subcutaneous venous reservoirs. This study also tried to verify if there is any basis for complaints some patients who have a subcutaneous venous reservoir about the lack of use some professional make of this system. The study concludes that it is necessary to increase the awareness professionals in our center have about subcutaneous venous reservoirs by means of the acquisition of a triangular compromise.
