Abstract:
A successful strategy has been developed for the synthesis of a cationic pentamethylcyclopentadienyl zirconium amidinate initiator on a lightly crosslinked polystyrene-divinylbenzene support that can be used to polymerize alpha-olefins in a living and stereospecific fashion.
