Nephrocalcinosis (NC) in preterm infants can persist for years. While proximal tubular function remains normal, elevated blood pressure and impaired kidney function may occur, warranting further investigation.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To assess the natural progression of nephrocalcinosis in preterm infants.
