Abstract:
A technique to reconstruct the hair-bearing upper lip by means of a hair-loaded nasal vestibular flap is described. This flap is elevated from the nasal vestibular area, and does not result in nasal deformity. This flap is especially suitable to reconstruct the medial portion of the hair-bearing upper lip in adult males.
