The study identifies distinct nasal archetypes within Italian populations (Northern, Central, Southern).
Photographic analysis and medium/long-term evaluations correlate surgical techniques with outcomes for each archetype.

Findings:

A systematic categorization of Caucasian nasal pyramid configurations is proposed.
Specific surgical options are recommended for each identified nasal archetype.
This approach facilitates structured preoperative analysis and predictable surgical results.

Implications:

The findings enable surgeons to perform more customized rhinoplasty procedures.
