Background:

  • Spinal canal stenosis (SCS) significantly impacts daily activities and quality of life.
  • Conservative treatment options for chronic SCS symptoms are widely used but long-term efficacy is debated.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the efficacy of multimodal therapy for patients with symptomatic spinal canal stenosis (>6 months).
  • To identify potential predictors of treatment success in this patient cohort.
