Purpose of the Study:

Document functional capacity and radiographic findings in adults treated for Scheuermann kyphosis.
Evaluate long-term outcomes of different treatment approaches.

Main Methods:

Cohort study of 63 patients treated with exercise, bracing, or surgery.
Evaluated at a mean of 14 years post-treatment.
Functional capacity assessed via questionnaires and radiographic evaluation.

Main Results:

No significant differences in functional capacity, pain, or general health among treatment groups.
