  • The tumor was identified as intramedullary, spanning from the T2 to T4 vertebral levels.

Findings:

  • Successful surgical resection of the epidermoid intramedullary spinal cord tumor was achieved.
  • The patient experienced a positive outcome following the surgical procedure.

Implications:

  • This case contributes to the understanding of rare spinal cord tumors.
