[Nursing potentials in the management of health care]

In this article we intended to write an essay about the subjective questions that are at stake in the management of health care services by the nurse. So, we looked for elements in some of the studies developed about planning and administration, in the Sociology of Daily Life and also in the Feminist Theorization, related to health care management. We concluded that there is a need to improve the nurse's potentiality as a manager, starting with the referred theoretical perspectives, increasing the value of some aspects and feelings that have not been taken into consideration up to now in the time-space of health institutions, such as subjectivity, relationality, desire, creativity, responsibility, among others.
