Summary

Ashkenazi Jewish patients with fallopian tube carcinoma (FTC) or primary peritoneal carcinoma (PPC) have a high incidence of BRCA mutations. Mutation carriers diagnosed younger and showed improved survival, though absolute cancer risks remain low.
