Abstract
Unlabelled:
The PronePositioner is used to support the head during prone position procedures. We present the first case report of allergic contact dermatitis from the PronePositioner. The patient was sensitized to the urethane in the PronePositioner during his many previous surgeries. We caution its repeated use in a single patient secondary to concerns of sensitization.
