Summary

Transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) is a safe and effective tool for diagnosing mediastinal diseases, even for inexperienced teams when using rapid on-site evaluation (ROSE). This procedure offers a high diagnostic yield for both benign and malignant conditions.
