Functional and effective frontotemporal connectivity and genetic risk for schizophrenia

Frontotemporal connectivity is impaired in schizophrenia patients and their siblings, suggesting genetically determined abnormalities. However, this connectivity is a poor predictor of genetic risk for schizophrenia.
