Abstract:
Today, more than 41 million Americans are uninsured. Perhaps the most perplexing aspect of this problem is that many of them are employed. Barriers to obtaining employer-sponsored insurance (ESI) are not well understood, but new research has shed light on the characteristics of the working uninsured.
