Alcoholic parotid sialosis: a structural and ultrastructural study.

Histopathological changes in salivary glands, including parotid hypertrophy, occur in early stages of Alcoholic Sialosis in chronic alcoholics. These alterations precede advanced liver cirrhosis, with ductal enlargement potentially causing hypertrophy.
