Summary

Primary cutaneous CD30-positive lymphoproliferative disorders, including anaplastic large T-cell lymphoma and lymphomatoid papulosis, share features. Guidelines are provided for diagnosis and management, with chemotherapy reserved for extracutaneous disease.
