  • To evaluate the efficacy of low-dose transdermal estrogen in reducing VMS.
  • To assess symptom reduction in women still experiencing menstrual cycles.
  • To determine the tolerability and safety of this therapy.

  • Open-label, observational study over 12 months.
  • Involved 22 perimenopausal women experiencing VMS.
  • Utilized low-dose transdermal estrogen therapy.
