Tumor necrosis factor receptor 1-associated death domain protein (TRADD) forms a complex with signal transducer and activator of transcription 1-alpha (STAT1-alpha) in the nucleus. This interaction regulates interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) signaling and STAT1-alpha activation.
