  • Ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage with antibiotic irrigation is an effective minimally invasive treatment for MRSA perigraft abscesses.
  • This technique provides a crucial alternative for high-risk patients unsuitable for open surgery.
  • Successful management can prevent sepsis and improve long-term patient outcomes in complex vascular surgery complications.
