[Gastric diverticulum mimicking adrenal mass. X-ray computed tomographic aspect]

Gastric diverticulum may simulate a left adrenal metastase as reported in our case. Prior opacification of the gastrointestinal tract and sometimes imaging in prone position are necessary to avoid an useless puncture for staging lung cancer.
