Abstract:
The presented ichonography provides a documentation of the changes occurring during maturation, fertilization of oocytes and embryonic development in vitro; it points out the correlations between morphological features and the stage of nuclear chromatin and gives the possibility to observe some abnormalities that frequently occur during these processes.
