Summary

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) can mimic immune deficiency symptoms. Chiropractic manipulation offered symptom relief for one patient diagnosed with CFS.

Implications:

This case underscores the potential benefits of complementary therapies, such as chiropractic care, in managing CFS symptoms.
