Multiphenotypic acute leukemias (MAL) are rare, with B-myeloid (BM) subtypes showing better survival than T-cell myeloid (TM) or B-T-cell (BT) subtypes. TM-MAL indicates a poorer prognosis, linked to CD7 expression or CD10 absence.
