Summary

This study found significant differences in IgG autoantibody repertoires against optic nerve antigens in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and normal-tension glaucoma (NTG). These findings suggest a potential role for autoimmunity in glaucoma pathogenesis.
