Abstract:
A case of 64 year-old man with middle ear carcinoma and temporal bone was described. He was treated by surgery and radiotherapy. Main symptoms communicated by the patients were discharge followed by pain of the ear. Further, diagnostic problems and methods of treatment are discussed as well as unsuccessful course of the disease, due to extension of the carcinoma, which caused the no total resection of tumour.
