Summary

Artificial antigen-presenting cells (aAPCs) effectively expand cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) specific for minor histocompatibility antigens (mHags). These aAPCs offer a promising alternative to traditional antigen-presenting cells for immunotherapy.
