Gated blood-pool SPECT automated versus manual left ventricular function calculations

• Planar gated blood-pool imaging (GBPI) is a standard for assessing left ventricular (LV) function non-invasively.
• Gated blood-pool single photon emission computed tomographic (GBPS) offers simultaneous visualization of all cardiac chambers.
• Evaluating the agreement between automated/manual GBPS and conventional GBPI left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is crucial.

• To assess the agreement between automated and manual LVEF calculations derived from GBPS.
