Abstract:
The authors submit an account of their own observation of an infrequent severe isolated injury of the pancreas. They draw attention to the fact that unambiguous clinical finding generally straightforward to urgent laparotomy. Diagnosis is obviously performed peroperatively. In case of damage all the pancreas they recommend a more radical procedure.
