Abstract:
The wide-angle contact lens for pediatric vitreous surgery is a modification of the existing wide-angle contact lens with a minified contact surface of 8.5 mm. The magnification is 0.387 and the field of view is 98 degrees/127 degrees. The lens facilitates performing complex pediatric vitreoretinal procedures due to its small contact surface and wide field of view of the fundus.
