Background:

Laparoscopic nephropexy (EVSN) is associated with postoperative kidney rotation (RK).
RK can lead to pain and abnormal renal circulation, affecting 10% of patients.

To introduce a novel endovideosurgical nephropexy (EVSN) method to eliminate kidney ptosis and RK.
To evaluate the efficacy of a differentiated EVSN approach based on Dopplerography.
